Vietnamese coffee ice pops


2.5 cups ground coffee (good quality)
4 cups water (or more as needed)
14oz can of sweetened condensed milk
1 cup heavy cream


1. Brew coffee with water; you should have about 3 cups of very strong coffee.

2. Mix with condensed milk and heavy cream.

3. Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled (at least 2 hrs).

4. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze overnight.

Try to eat just one.
