1-2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1. Scoop out seeds from pumpkin and remove as much of the pulp as possible (do not wash seeds).
2. Mix with 1 teaspoon vegetable oil per cup of seeds and a little salt.
3. Spread on rimmed baking sheet and bake at 250 for 1.5 hours, stirring well every 20 minutes.
4. In the last 20 minutes, sprinkle on more salt to taste and 1-2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, stir, then bake the final 20 minutes. Watch towards the end as they can start burning easily.
