Measurements are loose, as I usually make this to taste.
Several shakes of Aromet Seasoning (you can find this at most QFC's or at DeLaurenti's)
1-2 Tablespoons good balsamic vinegar
1 Tablespoon dijon mustard
1 Tablespoon honey
2-6 Tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1. Whisk Aromet and balsamic together until Aromet had dissolved.
2. Whisk in mustard and honey, then slowly add the olive oil, whisking constantly. Mixture should be somewhat thick.
Dressing will keep for several hours at room temp, or you can refrigerate for 1-2 days (dressing will solidify, so you'll need to let it sit for an hour at room temp, then whisk again to mix).
