1 head kale, washed and thoroughly dried
2 tablespoons olive oil
Sea salt to taste
1. Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F.
2. With a knife or kitchen shears carefully remove the leaves from the thick stems and tear into bite size pieces. Drizzle kale with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Massage the kale with your hands for 10-15 minutes to break down the cells.
3. Spread kale out on a baking sheet so no pieces are touching. Bake until the edges brown but are not burnt, 10 to 15 minutes. WATCH carefully, once they start browning it goes fast.
