It was actually a great combination—but I think it could be improved upon. It seemed like the steak was seared, and then coated with the tapenade and then roasted in the oven until done.

Wow, the ribeye really sounds interesting. Was it cooked with the tapenade on it, or was it served with it, like a chimchurri?
