Making Baklava

Yep, I’m at it again

A few people recently told me that making baklava is easy. If easy means spending three hours clarifying butter, painstakingly separating wafer thin sheets of dough that in no way want to be separated, and patching them back into even layers, then yes, making baklava is easy.

But aren’t they gorgeous?

    Hi Megan,

    So did you really make these by yourself? They look really good! =) I always make my own baklava and don’t really find it too bad at all. The fun part is eating them when they’re done! Mmmmmm.

    Yep, I really made them. And I’m sure that for a normal person it wouldn’t be too hard to make these, but I’m baking challenged. Really.

    (They were tasty though!)
