An excellent article! Eenjoyed reading your results and I have already printed out your pizza sauce recipe and will search out the crust recipe on cooksillustrated. My kids love a good pizza party and I have to say that Zach’s pizza is right up my alley (there’s something so satisfying about the taste of arugula on pizza) – although I am also partial to potatoes on pizza (with pancetta and rosemary). Your tip about parchment is brilliant! I’m not always successful when I attempt to flick my creation on the stone using the cornmeal and peal method. Has resulted in a few calzones!
Thanks Danielle! I’ve never had a potato pizza, although I’ve heard they are very good. Do you have to precook the potato slices?
